Neighbor Joining (NJ) tree of the partial gene sequences of translation elongation factor 1-α of selected reference sequences of different Celoporthe species. Holocryphia capensis was used as an outgroup in our analysis. MAFFT version 7 (Katoh and Standley 2013) was used for making alignments. The phylogenetic analysis was conducted in MEGA 7 (Tamura et al. 2013). The optimal tree with the sum of branch length = 26.62500000 is shown. The percentage of replicate trees in which the associated taxa clustered together in the bootstrap test (1000 replicates) are shown next to the branches. The Celoporthe dispersa CMW 9976 isolate used in this study is shown in blue and bold
