Identity confirmation of the Huntiella abstrusa isolate sequenced in this study. Three gene regions (ITS, BT1 and TEF-1α) were extracted from the assembled genome and compared to other species within the Asian clade of the genus Huntiella. The phylogeny was produced using Bayesian Inference and posterior probabilities are indicated at the nodes
