Coalescence-based phylogenetic analysis on a set of 241 genes and 27 strains of six Tilletia species. Individual trees were obtained from approximately maximum likelihood analysis per locus and the coalescence inference was based on all the resulting trees using ASTRAL II. Each isolate is color coded based on species identification. Node support values are given as local posterior probabilities. Only supporting values above 0.95 are indicated at nodes
