Allele networks obtained from the three combined gene regions (ITS, βt and TEF1-α for all isolates from Eucalyptus as well as C. colombiana. The species C. colombiana is represented as highly different to the Eucalyptus isolates due to the fact that it formed a separate allele tree. The C. imbriata s.lat. isolates from Eucalyptus all formed one allele tree with high variation observed within the tree.
