Phylogenetic tree of Glomeraceae obtained by analysis from rDNA sequences (partial SSU, ITS region and partial LSU). Sequences are labelled with their database accession numbers (in some cases with two numbers, one from ITS and other from partial LSU sequences, respectively). Support values (from top) are from maximum likelihood (ML) and bayesian analyses, respectively. Only bootstrap values of at least 50 % are shown. Sequences obtained in this study are in boldface. The tree was rooted by Claroideoglomus claroideum and C. etunicatum.
