  1. aSequence diversity (Nei 1987) and divergence (Nei 1987) for each dataset were determined using DNAsp ver. 5 (Librado & Rozas 2009). π = the average number of nucleotide differences per site between two sequences, Dxy = the average number of nucleotide substitutions per site between populations, Da = the number of net nucleotide substitutions per site between populations. π Dxy, and Da values were converted to percentages for comparative purposes.
